Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond Butter (runny and smooth)
  • 1 large Egg
  • ½ cup Granulated Sweetener (use ¾ cup for sweeter cookies)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for your cookies.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, large egg, and granulated sweetener. Use a whisk or spatula to mix until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Using a spoon or your hands, scoop out portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Gently flatten each cookie ball with the back of a fork or your palm.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For crunchier cookies, use crunchy almond butter.
  • Substitute granulated sweetener with liquid stevia for a different flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
