  • 3 pieces ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup creamy almond butter well-stirred
  • 2 cups mixed raw nuts chopped (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon optional
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, mash the 3 ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Add 1 cup of creamy almond butter to the mashed bananas and mix until creamy.
  4. Step 4: Fold in the 2 cups of chopped mixed raw nuts.
  5. Step 5: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Step 6: Portion the dough onto the baking sheet using a cookie scoop or spoon.
  7. Step 7: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
  8. Step 8: Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
