Ingredients
  

For the Bars:
  • 15 whole Keebler Graham Crackers
  • 2 11oz. bags caramel pieces
  • 16 oz. Dove Dark Chocolate
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

  • Microwave-safe Bowl
  • Rubber spatula
  • Parchment Paper

Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Keebler Graham Crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Melt the caramel pieces in a microwave-safe bowl with a splash of water until smooth. Pour over the graham cracker crust and sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
  4. Melt the Dove Dark Chocolate and pour it over the marshmallows, spreading evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then lift the bars out using the parchment paper.
  6. Cut into squares or rectangles and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham crackers.
  • Substitute caramel pieces with homemade caramel sauce if desired.
  • Try using milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate for a sweeter flavor.
