Method
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, and dried thyme until combined.
- Place up to 2 pounds of chicken in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour the marinade over it, turning to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook using your preferred method until done; discard any used marinade.
Notes
- Leftover marinade can be stored refrigerated for up to three days.
- Marinade can be frozen in an airtight container for up to one month.
- Thaw frozen marinade completely before using.
