Ingredients

Pork

  • 1.5 pounds Pork Tenderloin

Marinade

  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Step 1: Rinse the beef tenderloin under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, dried thyme, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.
  • Step 3: Place the beef tenderloin in a large zip-top bag or bowl, and pour the marinade over the meat. Ensure the beef is thoroughly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  • Step 4: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 5: Place the marinated beef loin in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F for about 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Step 6: Remove the beef loin from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing into medallions.

Notes

For optimal flavor, marinate overnight. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
