Instructions
Step 1: Rinse the beef tenderloin under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, dried thyme, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.
