Ingredients
  

Biscuit Ingredients
  • 8 count Refrigerated jumbo buttermilk biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Whipped cream (for serving)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Step 2: Flatten each biscuit to about half its original thickness.
  3. Step 3: Mix melted butter with 2 tablespoons of sugar and brush over the tops of each biscuit.
  4. Step 4: Air fry the biscuits for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Step 5: Prepare blueberries by rinsing fresh ones or using frozen directly, then toss with remaining sugar.
  6. Step 6: Slice biscuits in half, add blueberries and whipped cream, then top with the biscuit half.
  7. Step 7: Serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the blueberries. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
