Method
- Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Step 2: Flatten each biscuit to about half its original thickness.
- Step 3: Mix melted butter with 2 tablespoons of sugar and brush over the tops of each biscuit.
- Step 4: Air fry the biscuits for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Step 5: Prepare blueberries by rinsing fresh ones or using frozen directly, then toss with remaining sugar.
- Step 6: Slice biscuits in half, add blueberries and whipped cream, then top with the biscuit half.
- Step 7: Serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the blueberries. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
