Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz carrot chips or fresh carrots cut into thin rounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado or coconut oil)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Carrots - Wash and peel the carrots, then slice them into thin rounds, aiming for about 1/8-inch thickness.
  2. Step 2: Mix the Seasonings - In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, brown sugar (if using), cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Toss the Carrots - Add the carrot slices to the bowl with the seasoning mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
  4. Step 4: Preheat the Air Fryer - Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Air Fry the Carrots - Place the carrot chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Step 6: Cool and Enjoy! - Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and let cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before enjoying.
