Ingredients

  • 1 bag Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi
  • cooking spray

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Microwave-safe plate
  • Cooking spray

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
  2. If the gnocchi are frozen, spread them on a microwave-safe plate and microwave 1–2 minutes until thawed and pliable.
  3. Arrange the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces for air circulation.
  4. Lightly coat the gnocchi with cooking spray.
  5. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, then shake the basket to turn the gnocchi.
  6. Cook an additional 5–10 minutes until the gnocchi are golden and crisp to your liking.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the basket to ensure even crisping.
  • Adjust final cook time for desired browning.
  • Thawing in the microwave speeds cooking but is optional if gnocchi are already thawed.
