Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
- If the gnocchi are frozen, spread them on a microwave-safe plate and microwave 1–2 minutes until thawed and pliable.
- Arrange the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces for air circulation.
- Lightly coat the gnocchi with cooking spray.
- Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, then shake the basket to turn the gnocchi.
- Cook an additional 5–10 minutes until the gnocchi are golden and crisp to your liking.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the basket to ensure even crisping.
- Adjust final cook time for desired browning.
- Thawing in the microwave speeds cooking but is optional if gnocchi are already thawed.
