Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French baguette
  • ½ cup salted butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley finely chopped

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Butter knife or spatula

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended and smooth.
  2. Using a sharp knife, slice the French baguette in half lengthwise. You can also cut it into smaller pieces for individual servings.
  3. Generously spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the baguette.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the buttered bread.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the cheesy garlic bread halves in the air fryer basket and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Once cooked, remove the cheesy garlic bread from the air fryer. Sprinkle the finely chopped parsley on top, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding minced fresh garlic to the butter mixture.
  • If you love a crunchier texture, toast the bread in the air fryer for an additional minute or two.
