Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

Filling Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Imitation crab meat, finely chopped
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 24 pieces Wonton wrappers (1/2 package)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 pieces Green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray
  • Duck sauce for serving

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped imitation crab meat, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together until well combined and creamy.
  • Take a wonton wrapper and place about one tablespoon of the filling in the center. Dip your fingertip in water and run it along the edges of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle and press the edges firmly to seal.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray the basket with olive oil and place the assembled Crab Rangoon in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
  • Lightly spray the tops of the rangoon with olive oil spray. Cook in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Carefully remove the rangoon from the air fryer and serve hot with duck sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easier mixing. You can prepare the filling a day ahead and store it in the refrigerator.
