Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 250°F (approximately 120°C).
- Place the eggs in a single layer in the air-fryer basket so they do not overlap.
- Cook the eggs for 10–12 minutes for soft-boiled yolks, or 15–18 minutes for hard-boiled yolks.
- When cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice bath and chill for 5 minutes to stop cooking and make peeling easier.
- Gently peel the eggs, cut each in half, and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve.
