Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 4 pieces russet potatoes Washed and cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil For coating the potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Plus more for topping
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped For garnish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly under running water. Peel if desired, then cut each potato in half lengthwise and then into wedges.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with the olive oil or avocado oil and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Step 3: Add the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss until the wedges are well-coated.
  4. Step 4: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Step 5: Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Step 6: Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Step 7: Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, soak the cut potato wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices.
