  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Main Ingredient

  • 12 mozzarella sticks
  • to taste Olive oil cooking spray
  • to serve Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients - Gather all your ingredients and cut each mozzarella stick in half if desired.
  • Step 2: Set Up Your Breading Station - Create three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Step 3: Bread the Mozzarella Sticks - Dip each stick in flour, then eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Step 4: Air Fry the Mozzarella Sticks - Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and spray the basket with olive oil. Place the sticks in a single layer and spray the tops.
  • Step 5: Cook to Perfection - Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and cheese is oozing. Watch closely to avoid over-browning.
  • Step 6: Serve With Sauce - Remove from the air fryer, let cool for a minute, and serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, double-dip the mozzarella sticks. You can also experiment with different seasonings or cheeses.
