Working in batches, dip each ravioli first into the beaten egg to coat, then press into the breadcrumb mixture to fully cover; place coated ravioli on a plate.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place a single layer of coated ravioli in the air fryer basket and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
Air fry for 4–5 minutes or until golden and crispy, then transfer to a serving tray and cover lightly with foil to keep warm; repeat with remaining ravioli.
Serve immediately with marinara sauce and garnish with fresh parsley and basil if desired.
