Ingredients

  • 8 ounces wild-caught salmon two 4-ounce fillets
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil extra virgin preferred
  • Sea salt to taste

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the fillets and sprinkle sea salt to taste.
  4. Carefully place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  5. Cook the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove the fillets using a fish spatula and serve immediately.
