Whisk the eggs in one small bowl until smooth.
In another small bowl, combine the Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dip each ravioli into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
Place the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket; do not overcrowd. Spray the tops lightly with olive oil spray.
Air fry at 360°F for 3–4 minutes, then flip each ravioli, spray again lightly with oil, and cook 3–4 more minutes until golden and crisp.
Transfer to a plate and serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
