Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, and pepper.
Add the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir until everything is well combined into a dough.
Place the dough onto a piece of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thick.
Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the rolled dough into squares or rectangles.
Transfer the parchment paper with the cut crackers onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Once baked, let the crackers cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
