Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour (superfine)
  • 2 medium eggs
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 cup Parmesan (grated)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir until everything is well combined into a dough.
  4. Place the dough onto a piece of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the rolled dough into squares or rectangles.
  6. Transfer the parchment paper with the cut crackers onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Once baked, let the crackers cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For a more uniform cracker, use a ruler when cutting.
  • Experiment with different herbs and spices to suit your taste preferences.
  • Store the crackers in an airtight container to keep them fresh for longer.
