- Start by washing the granny smith apple and baby spinach thoroughly. Chop the apple into small pieces, and peel the banana.
- In your blender, combine the chopped apple, banana, baby spinach, coconut milk or coconut water, and ground cinnamon.
- Add the ice to the blender. Blend all the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, feel free to add a splash more coconut milk or water.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the flavor if needed. If you prefer it sweeter, consider adding a drizzle of honey or a splash of maple syrup.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass or mason jar. You can garnish it with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top or a slice of apple for an extra touch.
