Instructions
  1. Prepare ingredients: peel the banana; core and chop the Granny Smith apple; measure 1 cup coconut milk or coconut water, 1 cup baby spinach, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1 cup ice.
  2. Pour 1 cup coconut milk or coconut water into the blender.
  3. Add 1 cup baby spinach, the peeled banana, the chopped Granny Smith apple, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1 cup ice to the blender (in that order).
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds; stop to scrape down the sides and blend again if any chunks remain.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
