Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Avocados. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, scoop out flesh, and slice into wedges. Sprinkle with salt.
Step 2: Set Up Your Breading Station. In one dish, add flour and salt. In a second dish, beat eggs. In a third dish, place panko bread crumbs.
Step 3: Bread the Avocado Wedges. Dip each wedge in flour, then eggs, and finally in panko. Place on a baking sheet.
Step 4: Cooking the Avocado Fries. Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes or fry in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

For an even crunchier texture, consider double-breading the avocado fries.
