Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain fat-free or low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium avocado peeled and cored
  • 1.5 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tsp dried)
  • 1-2 tsp chopped fresh dill (to taste, or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh chives (or 3/4 tsp dried)
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • up to 6 Tbsp milk to adjust consistency

Method
 

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your avocado is ripe for the best flavor and creaminess.
  2. In your blender or food processor, add the Greek yogurt, peeled avocado, lime juice, and garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Next, add the chopped parsley, dill, chives, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend again until everything is well combined.
  4. If your dressing is too thick, gradually add milk, one tablespoon at a time, blending after each addition until you reach your desired consistency. For a richer dressing, consider adding olive oil.
  5. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings if necessary. You can add more lime juice for acidity, herbs for freshness, or salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
  6. Transfer the dressing to an airtight storage container. It can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
