In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, honey mustard dressing, teriyaki sauce, and hot sauce until just evenly mixed; do not overwork.
Gently shape the mixture into 3 or 4 evenly sized patties, pressing lightly to form compact rounds.
Preheat a grill or cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
Cook the patties for about 4–5 minutes per side, flipping once, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove patties from the heat and let rest a few minutes before serving.
