  • 4 cups Cooked Chicken, chopped or shredded
  • 10.5 ounces Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Green Onions, thinly sliced Plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons Ranch Dressing Mix (two 1-ounce packets)
  • 5 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 28 ounces Frozen Tater Tots

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare your ingredients by gathering everything. Cook chicken if not already done, and crumble crispy bacon.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Stir well.
  • Step 3: Add ranch dressing mix, green onions, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix until evenly distributed.
  • Step 4: Gently fold in the crumbled bacon into the mixture.
  • Step 5: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and layer frozen tater tots on top.
  • Step 6: Bake for 30-35 minutes until tater tots are golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Check with a toothpick.
  • Step 7: Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve warm.

Notes

For a healthier version, use baked tater tots or lower-fat sour cream. Customize with vegetables or different cheeses as desired.
