Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter diced
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for optimal baking conditions.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add the chicken pieces and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken bites on a prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Dot the chicken bites with diced butter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
