  • Knife and chopping board
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Serving spoon

Method

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). This will ensure that your feta cheese and tomatoes cook evenly.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Dish - In your baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center. Surround it with the 2 cups of cherry tomatoes and sprinkle the chopped sun-dried tomatoes over the top.
  3. Step 3: Drizzle with Olive Oil - Pour the 1/4 cup of olive oil evenly over the feta and tomatoes. The olive oil will help the cheese to melt beautifully and infuse the vegetables with flavor.
  4. Step 4: Season Generously - Sprinkle the 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning blend, along with salt and pepper to taste. Don’t be shy; seasonings are key to enhancing the dish's flavors.
  5. Step 5: Bake to Perfection - Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is golden and the tomatoes are blistered and juicy.
  6. Step 6: Garnish and Serve - Once out of the oven, let it cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, or a simple salad.
