  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

  • Parchment Paper
  • Bowl

Method

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
  2. Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ease cleanup.
  3. Step 3: In a bowl, mix the Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, garlic, and olive oil until evenly coated.
  4. Step 4: Pat the salmon fillets dry. Spread mayonnaise on top and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Step 6: Bake the salmon on the prepared baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Step 7: Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • For a tangy twist, swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt.
  • Add lemon zest to the topping for freshness.
  • Use herbs like dill or thyme for different flavors.
  • Try different cheeses like feta or gouda for a unique taste.
