Method
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Step 2: In a baking dish, place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls side by side.
- Step 3: Spread the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Step 4: Place the thinly sliced corned beef evenly over the dressing, followed by the drained sauerkraut, and then layer the Swiss cheese slices over the sauerkraut.
- Step 5: Place the top halves of the Hawaiian rolls on top of the cheese and gently press down.
- Step 6: Brush the melted butter over the slider tops.
- Step 7: Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Step 8: Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, cut apart, and serve warm.
Notes
Leftover Baked Reuben Sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a 350°F (180°C) oven for a few minutes.
