  • 12 rolls Hawaiian-style sweet rolls Cut in half
  • 0.5 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 0.5 pound Corned beef Sliced thin
  • 1 pound Sauerkraut Drained
  • 0.25 pound Swiss cheese Sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Step 2: In a baking dish, place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls side by side.
  3. Step 3: Spread the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Step 4: Place the thinly sliced corned beef evenly over the dressing, followed by the drained sauerkraut, and then layer the Swiss cheese slices over the sauerkraut.
  5. Step 5: Place the top halves of the Hawaiian rolls on top of the cheese and gently press down.
  6. Step 6: Brush the melted butter over the slider tops.
  7. Step 7: Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Step 8: Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, cut apart, and serve warm.

Notes

Leftover Baked Reuben Sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a 350°F (180°C) oven for a few minutes.
