  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200°F (95°C) to dehydrate the banana slices.
  2. Step 2: Peel bananas and slice them into thin, even rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.

  4. Step 4: Line baking sheets with parchment paper and spread the banana slices in a single layer.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 2 to 3 hours, checking every 30 minutes and flipping halfway through.
  6. Step 6: Once baked, let the chips cool completely before enjoying or storing.
