  • 1/2 cupplus 1 tablespoon almond milkunsweetened

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Make the Roasted Banana Smash according to its recipe and set it aside, keeping any juices.
  2. In a small saucepan combine 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it comes to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low.
  4. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until the oats are tender and the mixture is thickened.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in 1 recipe Roasted Banana Smash, including any saved juices, until fully combined.
  6. Serve immediately.
