  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients - Start by quartering your frozen banana for easier blending.

  3. Step 3: Blend Until Smooth - Blend on high until creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  4. Step 4: Taste and Adjust - Taste the smoothie and add more brown sugar or creamer if desired, then blend again.
