  1. Prepare ingredients: quarter the frozen banana; measure 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (not sweetened), 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup Caramel Machiatto creamer, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and the optional 1/2 teaspoon rum extract and 1/2 teaspoon banana extract. If you want a cinnamon garnish, set aside a small pinch from the 1/2 teaspoon now.
  2. Add to the blender in this order: the quartered frozen banana, the cup of plain Greek yogurt, the tablespoon of brown sugar, the 1/2 cup milk, the 1/4 cup Caramel Machiatto creamer, the remaining ground cinnamon, and the optional extracts (if using).
  3. Secure the blender lid. Start blending on low and increase to high; blend until the mixture is smooth and no large frozen pieces remain, about 30–60 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides with a spatula and blend again if needed.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
  5. If you set aside a pinch of cinnamon, lightly sprinkle it on top before serving.
