Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Confetti cake mix (15.25 ounce)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the confetti cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Whisk until well combined; the dough will be thick and slightly sticky.
  3. Step 3: Gently fold in the sprinkles until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  4. Step 4: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion out the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave space between each cookie.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden. The centers may look slightly underbaked.
  6. Step 6: Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy!
