Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and packed brown sugar. Stir until all the crumbs are moistened and the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 13×9-inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Step 3: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust. Sprinkle 1 cup of fresh blueberries on top, then add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
Step 4: Top with the remaining fresh blueberries and drizzle the blueberry pie filling over the top.
Step 5: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use room temperature cream cheese. Don’t skip the chilling time; it helps the layers set properly.
