Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 1 box Brownie mix Prepare according to package instructions.

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 ounces Cream cheese Softened.
  • ½ cup Whipped cream
  • ¾ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Eggs

Garnish

  • Chocolate sauce For drizzling on top.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the brownie mix box. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and pour the batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  • Step 2: Bake the brownies for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the granulated sugar and mix well.
  • Step 4: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated. Stir in the vanilla extract and gently fold in the whipped cream.
  • Step 5: Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled brownie layer and spread evenly.
  • Step 6: Bake for an additional 30 to 35 minutes until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the middle. Cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Step 7: Remove the sides of the springform pan, drizzle with chocolate sauce, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps. Do not overmix the filling once you add the eggs to prevent cracking.
