Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Electric Mixer
  • Pizza Pan
  • Wire Rack

Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 1 box Brownie mix Prepare as directed on the box.

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 ounces Cream cheese Softened.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Fruits

  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries Sliced.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the box of your brownie mix. Grease a round pizza pan or a baking dish with cooking spray. Prepare the brownie mix as directed, pour the batter into the prepared pan, and spread it evenly. Bake according to the package instructions or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Once the brownies are baked, let them cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer the brownies to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese topping evenly over the cooled brownie base using a spatula. Arrange the raspberries, blueberries, and sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Cover the assembled Brownie Fruit Pizza with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Slice into wedges and enjoy!

Notes

Let your brownies cool completely for the best texture before adding the topping. Feel free to mix and match fruits based on your preference.
