Ingredients
  

For the Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste or vegan alternative like miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or vegetarian version
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix in the anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  3. Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust flavors as desired, adding more lemon juice or salt if needed.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
  • Give it a good stir before using, as it may thicken slightly in the fridge.
  • For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays for up to three months.
