Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Whisk the mixture until smooth and fully combined, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.
  3. Stir in the finely grated Parmesan cheese until evenly incorporated.
  4. Add the salt and black pepper, stir to combine, then taste and adjust seasoning if desired using only the salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the dressing to a covered container or cover the bowl tightly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld; stir again before serving.
