Start by rinsing the shrimp under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Allow it to foam slightly but be careful not to let it brown.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Toss the shrimp into the skillet, then sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Stir well to coat the shrimp evenly.
Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
Once the shrimp are cooked through, remove the skillet from heat. Squeeze in lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Stir gently to combine.
Serve the Cajun shrimp immediately, either on a bed of rice, in tacos, or on their own.
