- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 lb large or jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on or off), 3 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning. Cook, stirring often, for 3–4 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque, firm, and just cooked through.
- Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp chopped parsley until combined, then serve immediately.
