  • 1 large Egg White
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg white until frothy.
  • Step 4: Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Step 5: In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  • Step 6: Add the pecan halves to the bowl with the frothy egg white and toss until coated. Then add the sugar and spice blend and toss again.
  • Step 7: Evenly spread the coated pecans onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Step 8: Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every ten minutes.
  • Step 9: Once golden brown, remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
