Ingredients

  • 4 cups green grape juice for a sweet, juicy base
  • 2 cups pineapple juice adds tropical brightness
  • 2 cups sparkling water to give the punch a refreshing fizz
  • 1 cup fresh green grapes halved, adds texture and bite
  • 1 cup diced kiwi offers a tangy, slightly tart contrast
  • 1 cup lime sorbet for a creamy, zesty finish
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish and a burst of herbal freshness

Equipment

  • Large punch bowl or pitcher
  • Measuring Cups
  • Sharp knife and cutting board
  • Ice scoop or spoon
  • Glasses or cups
  • Stirring spoon (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash the fresh green grapes and kiwi thoroughly. Halve the grapes and dice the kiwi into bite-sized pieces.
Mixing the Punch
  1. In a large punch bowl, pour in 4 cups of green grape juice and 2 cups of pineapple juice.
  2. Slowly pour in 2 cups of sparkling water to the juice mixture. Stir gently to mix without losing too much carbonation.
  3. Add the halved green grapes and diced kiwi to the punch, allowing the fruit to mingle and infuse the flavors.
  4. Scoop in 1 cup of lime sorbet. The sorbet will slowly melt, adding creamy texture and a zesty lime kick.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves on top for a fragrant and fresh finishing touch. Serve immediately or chill slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Prepare the juice and fruit mixture up to 4 hours ahead and refrigerate to save time.
  • Add sparkling water and lime sorbet just before serving to keep fizz and texture fresh.
  • For a different twist, substitute pineapple juice with orange juice or lime sorbet with lemon sorbet.
  • Use fresh fruit for best taste, but canned fruit in juice (not syrup) can be used if drained well.
  • Keep fruit pieces small for better enjoyment and easier serving.
