1.5cupsMozzarella Cheeseshredded
1tablespoonSesame Seeds

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the lean ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until fully browned.
Step 3: Once the beef is cooked, stir in the ketchup and yellow mustard, mixing well to combine all the flavors. Let the mixture simmer for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Step 4: Take your dinner rolls and slice them in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Evenly distribute the cooked beef mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls.
Step 5: Place 15 slices of cheddar cheese over the beef mixture. Add a layer of drained pickle chips, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Step 6: Carefully place the top halves of the dinner rolls on each slider. Brush a little butter on the tops and sprinkle sesame seeds over them.
Step 7: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Step 8: Once baked, remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Cut the sliders into individual portions and serve warm.
Notes
To get the most out of your cheeseburger sliders, consider mixing in some diced onions or garlic with the ground beef while cooking. For a bit of spice, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
