Ingredients

Brownie Mix Ingredients

  • 1 box Brownie mix Your favorite brand
  • 2 large Eggs Required by brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup Water Required by brownie mix
  • 1/3 cup Oil Required by brownie mix

Cheesecake Layer Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Milk

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions.
  • Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, egg, salt, and milk until smooth.
  • Step 4: In a greased 9x9 inch baking pan, layer half of the brownie batter, then the cheesecake mixture, followed by the remaining brownie batter. Swirl gently.
  • Step 5: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Step 6: Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
