  • pinchof sea salt
  • 2 tablespoonsreal maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1-1 1/4 cupsunsweetened coconut/almond milk blend
  • 1 tablespoontoasted unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoonsdried tart cherries
  • 1 teaspoonchia seeds
  • 1/2 bananasliced

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a serving bowl, combine 1 cup quick cooking oats, a pinch of sea salt, 2 tablespoons real maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon; stir to mix.
  2. Heat 1 to 1 1/4 cups unsweetened coconut/almond milk blend in the microwave for 1–2 minutes or until hot and steaming.
  3. Pour the hot milk over the oat mixture, stir to combine, then let sit 1 minute to absorb.
  4. Top with 1 tablespoon toasted unsweetened coconut, 2 tablespoons dried tart cherries, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, and 1/2 banana, sliced.
  5. Serve immediately.
