  • 1 banana
  • 1 cupfrozen cherries
  • 1 handfulspinach
  • 1 cupalmond milk or milk of your choiceI use Silk Almond Milk
  • 3 ice cubes

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Peel 1 banana and break it into a few pieces.
  2. Pour 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice) into the blender.
  3. Add the banana pieces to the blender.
  4. Add 1 cup frozen cherries.
  5. Add 1 handful spinach.
  6. Add 3 ice cubes.
  7. Secure the blender lid and blend on high until the mixture is smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  8. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
