Ingredients
  

For the Bake:
  • 4 pieces chicken breast halves (cooked and diced)
  • 1.5 pounds broccoli florets (cooked until tender-crisp)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5-oz)
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup salad dressing (like Miracle Whip)
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter (cut into small pieces)

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes, just until they are tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, mayonnaise, salad dressing, and lemon juice. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
  4. In the prepared baking dish, layer the cooked chicken and broccoli. Pour the creamy sauce over the top, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle this mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Finally, add the small pieces of butter on top.
  6. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  7. Once baked, let your Chicken and Broccoli Bake cool for a few minutes before serving.
