  • 0.5 cup Ranch dressing
  • 4 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2 units Burrito-sized flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients. Shred your cooked chicken, crumble the bacon, shred the cheese, and chop the green onion and parsley.
  • Step 2: Mix Everything Together. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, green onion, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Pinwheels. Lay one tortilla on a surface, spoon half of the mixture onto the center, and roll tightly. Repeat with the second tortilla.
  • Step 4: Slice the Pinwheels. Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch thick.

Notes

For an extra kick, add jalapeƱos or hot sauce. Use low-fat ranch dressing for a lighter option. Make sure tortillas are at room temperature to avoid cracking.
