Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe

A quick and satisfying Caesar salad wrapped with crispy chicken, avocado, and tomato for an easy handheld meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 flour tortillas
  • 1 package Caesar salad kit (11.5 ounces) includes dressing and croutons
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 10 frozen crispy chicken strips or rotisserie chicken; about 2 strips per wrap

Equipment

  • Medium bowl
  • Baking sheet or air fryer
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Method
 

  1. Cook the frozen crispy chicken strips according to the package directions in the oven or air fryer until heated through and crispy, or shred rotisserie chicken if using.
  2. Meanwhile, place the Caesar salad mix in a large bowl and add the included dressing and croutons from the kit; toss until evenly coated.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the dressed salad evenly among them.
  4. Top each portion of salad with tomato slices, avocado slices, and cooked chicken strips.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use the chopped salad bag for smaller lettuce and crushed croutons.
  • Cook frozen chicken strips in oven or air fryer, not microwave.
  • You can substitute shredded rotisserie chicken if preferred.
  • About 2 crispy chicken strips are used per wrap.
  • Keep salad mix and chicken separate if preparing ahead to avoid soggy wraps.
