  • 14 oz Coleslaw mix a mix of cabbage and carrots
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp Peeled and shredded fresh ginger
  • 1/3 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup Reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Truva Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds optional

Equipment

  • Large Skillet or Wok
  • Cooking Spoon
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Colander

Method

Cooking Steps:
  1. Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically around 3-5 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, reduced sodium soy sauce, cornstarch, and Truva Brown Sugar Blend. Set this sauce mixture aside for later.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Stir frequently to ensure even cooking.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, add the minced garlic and shredded ginger to the skillet. Sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Next, add the broccoli florets and coleslaw mix to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, until the broccoli is tender but still bright green.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet along with the sauce mixture. Toss everything together to ensure the noodles and vegetables are evenly coated with the sauce. Drizzle the sesame oil over the top and mix well.
  7. Once everything is heated through and well combined, remove from heat. Serve your Chicken Ramen Stir-Fry in bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Enjoy while hot!
