  • 8 pieces spring roll skins
  • 4 ounces rice noodles
  • 8 leaves fresh basil
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup English cucumber, julienne cut
  • ½ cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ piece avocado, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the rice noodles by soaking them in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Step 2: Prepare your vegetables and chicken, ensuring everything is ready for assembly.
  • Step 3: Soften the spring roll skins by dipping them in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  • Step 4: Assemble the spring rolls by placing basil leaves, rice noodles, chicken, carrots, cucumber, and avocado on the skin.
  • Step 5: Roll the spring roll tightly, folding the sides inward and then rolling from the bottom up.
  • Step 6: Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

Keep the rolls from sticking together by placing a damp paper towel over them once assembled.
